Gas prices, financial upheaval and trips to Brasil (especially Ubaúna)

Everyone is familiar with the events of the recent months. Gas prices have gone up dramatically since this past summer, the financial topsy-turvey has impacted food, lodging and hired transportation costs and the result is a dramatic increase in the cost of our trips. The dollar will fluctuate but is in a downward pattern that has been consistent for 18 months and is not anticipated to change before the trip.

We cannot give a firm number on the cost of the trip yet, but it appears that it will run in the range of $3000.

This includes your airline tickets, hotel in Fortaleza, lodging in Ubaúna, food, additional water, transportation from Fortaleza to Ubaúna and all incidentals that will be needed for ministry. This is an all-inclusive price.

Additionally, it is recommended that you carry an additional $150 for souvenirs, snacks, etc.
